I left Tik Tok too and Instagram and Threads about 3 months ago. Previousiy I have deleted Marco Polo, What’s App and others, I had felt relief with each one. I only have Substack left.
My story is slightly different than yours, but has elements your journey.
I've followed you for a while on IG. I never got in to TikTok. I did connect to your energy through your videos and noticed when you took a step back. So many women are longing to be seen, understood, and applauded for the goddesses we are. We don't find it in our day to day lives.
A few years ago, I left behind a small community that I built. I connected deeply with them. They were mostly mothers of autistic children. We were a lifeline for each other for more than ten years.
Once my children were adults, intuitively, I knew it was time to expand, and grow. I invited anyone who wanted to come along. A few followed me here to Substack. Since then I've grown a new audience, connections with other writers from around the world, and yet, it's time to expand again. Congratulations on following your knowing.
You are so much more than a persona. You are a real image of true greatness. Rebuilt, held together by love and still shining proving we can all shine!!! Thank you for sharing that chapter with us.

As always, thank you for sharing your heart Anjua! I have been strongly considering doing the same and just sticking to YouTube and Substack! 🙏🏾❤️
I’m happy for you. It takes a strong person to make changes in their lives in order to find peace and happiness. Stay strong my sister. 🤗
